Head of Agency

We are looking for colleagues to coordinate the work of our agencies în: Tulcea

  • What are we looking for?New energetic and enthusiastic colleagues who will help us to promote the institution's financial products, build and strengthen the local brand and reputation Patria Credit IFN, part of the PATRIA BANK group. And most importantly, îm together to stand by small farmers and local entrepreneurs to help them îy manage and îy grow their business

  • What are the expectations and responsibilities?
    • Coordinate the work of the agency îin terms of credit sales activity, administrative and personnel matters, and agency operations
    • Building an individual portfolio of Farmers and Small Business clients in the assigned area, by maintaining a constant direct relationship with the market îin which you operate, with local actors, farmers and small business entrepreneurs
    • Continuous prospecting of the assigned area by visiting existing and potential customers
    • You will communicate with all persons involved in the lending process and coordinate all operations related to the entire operational flow of the lending and monitoring process
    • .
    • You will build a close relationship with all clients in the portfolio to manage and monitor their development, support them with new products and services and provide support for business development
    • Assisting clients in completing the necessary documents to access financial products
  • Do you need experience?Higher education and experience îin credit or insurance sales may be an advantage

    • What are we looking for? New energetic and enthusiastic colleagues to help us promote the institution's financial products, build and strengthen the brand and reputation of Patria Credit IFN, part of PATRIA BANK group

    • What are the expectations and responsibilities?
      • ÎMainly we want to complete the Patria Credit team by building an individual portfolio of clients (farmers and small businesses) in the allocated area
      • Continuous prospecting of the assigned area by visiting both existing and potential clients
      • You will communicate with all persons involved in the lending process and coordinate all operations related to the entire operational flow of the lending and monitoring process
